Court Booking Rules

• Members can book courts 4 days prior from 7.15 am. In other words, when booking to play 4 days in advance the new booking sheet only becomes available from 7.15 am -- all other playing times within 4 days can be booked 24/7.
• The Tennis Coach has priority on booking Tennis Court 12, however, members may also book this court from 7.15 am on the day of play subject to availability.
• Members MUST select their playing partner / opponent's name to show on the booking sheets as soon as possible after making the booking.
• Maximum booking 1.5 hrs per member per day when booking 1 day or more in advance. Members can also play within another member's booking. Subject to availability an additional 1 hr per member can be booked on the same day playing.
• Children under 13 yrs must be supervised by a guardian or a qualified coach, for safeguarding reasons.
• Cancellations:
  • When unable to play, members should cancel their booking(s) as soon as possible so that other members may use the court.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are logged as "late-cancellations".
• Visitors / Guest Fees
  • Any individual visitor may only play once during any calendar month. Any visitor who wishes to play more frequently must join the Tennis Section of The Brentham Club.
  • When playing a Guest, members must select "Guest £3 per 30 mins" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets for each of the 30-minute sessions playing with the guest.
  • The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee to your booking system account.
  • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
  • This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
  • You will then need to top-up your Booking System account (click link to Buy Credit) in order to cover the guest fee charges before booking more courts.
